How we reach every ward

On the ground and online — the work our coordinators and ambassadors do in communities across Nigeria.

01

Door-to-door canvassing

Ward ambassadors visit homes, markets and places of worship to share the Renewed Hope message and listen to residents.

Every ward has a team of ambassadors who knock on doors, introduce the movement, register new members and note the issues residents raise. Every visit is logged on the platform so coordinators can see which streets have been reached and where to go next.

02

Ambassador training

Practical training on respectful canvassing, digital reporting and community engagement.

New ambassadors are trained in small groups — in person and online — on how to approach households, handle questions, keep conversations peaceful, and log visits on their phones, even without network.

03

PVC & voter education

Helping members and residents confirm their registration, collect their PVCs and know their polling units.

Members without a Permanent Voter Card are flagged at sign-up so ward coordinators can share where and when to collect it. Ambassadors also help residents find their polling units ahead of election day.

04

Logistics & mobility

Campaign vehicles, generators and PA systems allocated to LGA coordinators — tracked for accountability.

Vehicles and public-address equipment handed to LGA coordinators are registered on the platform with weekly check-ins, so the secretariat always knows what is in service and who holds it.

05

Women & youth mobilisation

Dedicated outreach through women's associations, youth groups and student bodies.

Women and young people make up most of Nigeria's voters. Dedicated coordinators work with market women's associations, youth groups, artisans' unions and student bodies in every state.

06

Community town halls

Open conversations where residents raise local issues, fed back to leadership.

Town halls give communities a direct voice. Issues raised — from security to electricity and jobs — are recorded and summarised for the movement's leadership.
